Return policy
We accept returns for any reason within 7 (seven) calendar days after collecting the product, in accordance with CDC (Consumer Protection Code) standards.

The product must not have been used.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The refund will be made via deposit into an account or card chargeback.
IMPORTANT: Refunds will only be made after collection and analysis of the condition of the product(s). The product cannot carry any usage commitments. Furthermore, the refund may be transferred to a bank account belonging to the owner of the card used to make the purchase, to the holder of the CPF that generated the invoice.


Exchange Policy
If you purchased the product in our store, but when you received it you were not satisfied and want to replace it with another item.

1.General conditions

The cost of shipping to exchange the purchase is borne by the customer;
You can exchange your purchase for any other product available on the website;
The choice of a new product must be limited to the value of the original merchandise. If there is a difference, payment must be made via bank slip or credit card in cash.
The exchange request must be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days, counting from the date of collection of the merchandise. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted;
The products must not have been used;
The merchandise must be sent within 30 days after collecting the product to the indicated address, being previously communicated via our email: sac@coracaodoceramista.com
After dispatch of the merchandise to be returned, the customer must inform the Post Office tracking number via email at sac@coracaodoceramista.com for control;
The new product will only be dispatched after the product to be exchanged has been collected.



Refund Policy
1.Defective or Divergent Product


In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or with specifications different from those recommended, please inform us via email; sac@coracaodoceramista.com Sending clear photos of the product within 7 calendar days after collection.
Please note: we will not make exchanges or refunds after the deadline.

Your email must contain the order number, purchase details and full name, so that we can identify your purchase.

Your query will be confirmed and the problem confirmed, we will respond to your contact and you will be able to choose one of the following alternatives:

Receive a refund of the amount paid
Receive a new product equal to the one ordered
Receive a coupon for the value of the product valid for 90 days to use on a new purchase on the website.

2. Cancellations:

Order cancellations will be accepted with a full refund of amounts paid only if not yet dispatched. If they have already been sent, we ask that they be returned in their undamaged packaging and the refund will be made minus shipping costs.

3. Exchanges and Returns:

For exchanges and returns, the product must be sent in the original packaging, with all accessories. Please provide a written purchase statement describing the reasons for the exchange or return. Products sent to us due to defect will be transmitted by our technical department for evaluation and whether or not there is a manufacturing defect. If it is found that there is no defect in the product, the Company will arrange for the same product to be sent to the Customer's address; If the product needs to be repaired, the deadline for returning the repaired product is 30 days from the date of receipt of the product in our stock.

The store is subject to obligations to exchange or claim any product whose defect has been caused by misuse, according to the assessment of our technicians. We clarify that even if the request is made within the seven calendar days provided for the purchase to last, the Store reserves the right to repair the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

4. Repentance:

To return a product due to withdrawal or regret, the deadline for canceling or exchanging your purchase is 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of withdrawal of the product.

The product must be in the original packaging, with no commitment to use, without breaking the manufacturer's original seal and all accessories included. We do not do gifts exchanges.


5. Refunds: Refunds for withdrawal or regret will occur as follows:

5.1- Purchases Paid with Credit Card = The Customer may choose to receive a Shopping Voucher with no value paid, to be used to purchase any product in the store; ask Coração do Ceramista to refund the amount paid on your credit card statement. Attention: most of the time the refund is only computed on the subsequent invoice.

5.2 - Purchases with Bank Slip or Deposit The Customer may choose to receive a Shopping Voucher for the amount paid, to be used when purchasing any product in the store;

Request the store to refund your current account.

For reimbursement through DOC, the account holder must be the same person who placed the order in the Store.

The Shopping Voucher is valid for 90 days from the date it is sent. If a product has been shipped in error or exchanged in relation to the order, return it after notifying us by email or by calling the store.

If our fault is proven, we will refund all amounts paid.
